What you are about to learn

This is the last part of our meditation topic. In the last two or so episodes, I covered a meditation journey like no other. How you will enjoy its benefits, the next two episodes after that was how to meditate. Slow down and Be Still. Now, I will talk about Trusting your voice. What does this mean?

Sound, I don’t know what it sounds like to you. I’ll tell you what I mean and why it’s crucial. This one is one of the most profound tools. It is one of the most powerful, most effective, easiest to learn and most straightforward to do means to help you be more productive, to be more courageous, to be more powerful to overcome fear and all those good things that we’d love to have as attributes of our life. Well, I can promise you that you can have them because you are divine, and you have gifts and talents. And learning to meditate is one of the quickest ways. This isn’t about me selling books. This is about helping you discover, develop, and manifest your divine nature and gifts so you can create your ultimate life. I teach five different ways to start this in my first book on meditation.

Going back to the topic, trust your voice. So if you follow the other episodes you already know have been practicing slowing down enough to be where you are and that setting aside all those intruding thoughts, and focusing on your breath or some other central point of focus so that you can have a complete presence to be where you are at this moment, the second episode was about learning to notice what is there and that starts with the real things and then migrates quickly into the feelings and thoughts which will come from your higher self, your subconscious or your spiritual connection. Now, this third part is about learning to trust. The way I describe it, as a trust that what comes to you is accurate. And that’s a bold statement, but it’s true. It is real that things that come to you as intuition and inspiration when you’re in a peaceful state of meditation and you’ve set aside all the outside noises, and you’re still, those things that come to you will be from your higher self, or the divine depends on how you want to define that.  

Learn to trust, trust that the inspirations that come to your truth because one thing I have done and used to do a lot and do a lot less now is when I would get ideas in that state of alpha state when the brainwaves have slowed down, and you’re in a state of meditation. And by doing this, what I learned was the more I meditate, the more I learn to hear those voices and inspiration. And so another, that’s another reason, in fact, probably the most important reason to learn to meditate. It is your fastest path to connect with the realm of the Divine, with that realm that is trying to help us as we move forward and create our ultimate life.
